CHA Mixed Income Redevelopment
For a major Chicago area affordable housing developer,
The Laubacher Company is coordinating the bond financing
element of a 650-unit redevelopment of a property that
will be a mixed income community. The financing program
in cludes FHA mortgage insurance, 4% tax credits, tax increment
financing (TIF) and CHA redevelopment funds.

Refinancing Non-Profit Portfolio
For a major Midwest non-profit, The Laubacher Company is
arranging the $22 million refinancing of a four-property portfolio
of 623 apartment units.

Bond Refinancing Program
For a Chicago-area non-profit lending conduit, The Laubacher
Company is performing as project manager to enroll 14 properties
totaling 1350 Section 8 units in the conduit's refinancing program
that offers a 125 basis points advantage vs. conventional sources.

Convention Center HQ Hotel
For the City of Omaha, The Laubacher Company is a member of
a team of consultants advising the City on selecting a developer
for a headquarters hotel to compliment Omaha's $250 million
investment in a new convention center. The Laubacher Company
is evaluating the relative strengths of the candidate development
teams and is negotiating terms of the development and hotel
operating agreements.
